Great equipment and a great staff who actally know what they are talking about in terms of nutrition and exercise.
If your sick of being run-down and stressed out, Elite Fitness can change your life. I know, it changed mine. In fact, it probably saved mine.

I think there are much better places to workout in sioux falls than Elite Fitness. I don't think there prices are very competitive considering the machines they have are quite old and junky. Usually there are more cardio machines that don't work than ones that do. I am also getting tired of them sending me junk mail all the time, wanting me to join some fitness study. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that this isn't a real study. Its just another ploy to gain more members. I don't appreciate false advertising. Overall, not a very good place to go.
