WOW! Report Abuse
I went in to the salon last minute needing a new look and not knowing any stylist I ask if I could get a color and cut. Within 15 min I was welcomed by Jenny and she took control of hair. I walked out looking good and smiling again. Thankfully I trusted her and she did just what I wanted.

Regarding the below comments Report Abuse
I have been notified that this person told a friend she could not afford the extensions. That may explain the real reason why she wanted her money back.

The other stylist she went to afterward admitted he thought the extensions were very nice but she wanted them cut and colored anyway - then tried to return them back to Penny!

I personally know that the extensions that Penny at the Hairforce uses are the finest quality available.

HAIR EXTENSION BY PENNY Report Abuse
I have had hair extensions from Penny for over 2 years now and ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM! Not only is the hair great quality and easy to work with.....but so is Penny! Anytime I have needed my extensions trimmed, blended, adjusted, regardless of my picky-ness, Penny has always been MORE THAN ACCOMODATING. Penny will completely work with anyone who may have concerns or issues after getting their extensions. Penny is reasonably priced, and her willingness to PLEASE her customers to their fullest is her top priority! I have purchased more than one or two boxes of the extensions that Penny gets, and can highly recommended without a doubt that the hair is FABULOUS! The person who wrote on here saying the opposite was ignorant in attempting to do things with the ext that any idiot would know should not be done! As far as the ext being uncomfortable, as with anything that is new, you do notice a difference at 1st, but it is by no mean unbearable! PENNY IS GREAT & SO IS THE HAIR SHE SELLS!

I LOVE THIS PLACE Report Abuse
*always friendly *always fun and *always professional!

All the girls who work here are very good with hair and nails and never afraid to suggest something new and different! Angie, Arla, Michelle, Audra, Penny, Dana ...they are simply the best. It is always apparent that they love what they do and love people too!

Loved it Report Abuse
I went to this salon for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I loved the atmosphere and the girls were all really friendly. I really liked my hair too and although I forgot the name of the gal who did it, I intend to go back!

Lots of Animosity Report Abuse
I had an appointment here a couple months ago with Jenny. While she did a good job with my hair, there is alot of animosity and resentment in this salon. Lots of bickering, cattiness, and gossiping by the stylists. Not exactly an ideal environment to relax in...

Extensions by Penny Report Abuse
I got hair extenstions put in by Penny at the HairForce. I pre-paid for the hair and paid for her services when she put the hair in. After I got the hair done, it felt fine, but when I washed it the next day it felt like plastic barbie hair. I tried to dry and smooth it, but all it did was frizz. It was horrible! I'm sure Penny put the hair in correctly, but the hair she is selling is a very cheap excuse for real hair. I had it checked out and it's real hair, but very low quality. I even went to another stylist to try and have them fix the hair by layering it to blend with my own, and it did, but it was still a frizzy mess. Finally I had to take the extensions out, not only because my head hurt, but because I couldn't go to work with looking that way. I called Penny to let her know I was unhappy with the quality of the hair and even took the hair back to her so she could examine it. All I got was a letter in the mail saying that she wouldn't refund my money. Major ripoff.
