We went here on a Friday night for dinner.
The food bar was fully stocked each time we went up to make new dishes. It was kept clean. Large selection of meats (WARNING: they only set out shrimp on Wed and Fri nights), vegetables and sauces.
The cooks were very charismatic and friendly. They took time to talk to their guests, but didn't let that slow down their cooking time. They made us all laugh while giving us our food very promptly.
It's usually hard to find your waitress at a buffet style restaurant. At HuHot our waitress came to our table about 4 or 5 times to refill drinks and make sure we had everything we needed.
The food was excellent as was the service.
I definately recommend this to everyone.

Staff could be a little better with the service - have been there several times and quite often we get forgotten among the bustle. Food is always good.
