My wife and I have eaten at Inca numerous times over the past few years and we find the atmosphere much like being invited to a friend's house for dinner.
The service is top-notch and even the complimentary chips & salsa are great!
I recommend the fajitas, which come sizzling like they SHOULD be (unlike some of the local chains), or the meat nachos.
The price is very reasonable too!

I've had quite a bit of authentic mexian food from around the states (sadly not from Mexico), and this is easily my favorite. 3 cheese enchiladas is what I get every time, and its wonderful.
