This company cost a few hundred dollars less than the others we looked into, but it has been a nightmare. They don't show up when they say they will, and they don't answer or return phone calls unless you threaten to go elsewhere. The workers were crude and vulgar, and they didn't finish the job, even though we were billed. They have yet to hook up the sprinklers and fill in the gaping hole in the yard, and the sod is about to die. I have made numerous phone calls and been promised that they will come and finish, but they never show up. It has been seven months since they started and they refuse to finish their shoddy work, but they expect us to pay. We know others who are having similar problems, so whatever you do, go with someone else! If there was a way to rate them a big fat zero, I'd do it, but I'll have to settle for a 1.
