Very nice place, but I waited awhile before anyone helped me. I felt like I wasn't really welcomed. The service was good, but wouldn't go back unless I couldn't get in elsewhere.

I have been here once before, and service was fine. However, the last two times I have called in to try to set an appt. the two different people I have talked to have been very very snobby and unhelpful. I called and asked if they had an opening at noon, and she so no, they didn't, thanks though, and ended the conversation. So much for scheduling it for a different day, huh. I called a different salon and had friendly service right away. Just like that I switched salons and they lost a customer - it's too bad they don't realize the importance of customer service and manners.
