Dr Tjarks was covering while my physician was gone and i found her to be rude and not very knowledgeable about services available.I had a critical incident after the birth of my child and the way she dealt with the situation made it much harder for me rather than her helping me. I said at the time and still believe, that if i was dying i'd rather not see a physician if she was the only one available.
