They are "OK", and the grass looks fine, but their endless harrassment by their sales people was really annoying. I'm switching back to Scott's next year because they leave me alone and just do their job.

I had someone from Truegreen come to my house last week wanting my service. The kid...early 20's..showed me problems with my lawn. Then he proceded to tell me about one of his recent drunk nights. And how much money he makes at Trugreen. Not impressed. For this unprofessionalism, I would never do service with this company. I don't need someone coming to my door to tell me stories about them bringing home a girl from the bar..and how upset his girlfriend was when she saw the other girl. Not impressed. Sure this probably isn't condoned by the company, but this is what this company presented to me when their salesman(NP) came knocking on my door.
