The first time I ate here I have to admit it wasn't great. But I have come back and really enjoyed the food and the drinks. I really like the atmosphere and they make supurb mixed drinks.

The third time was not a charm here. I gave this restaurant three chances and I'll never go there again. Horrible, horrible service and the food was okay at best. I don't know if it's a franchise thing, but the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant was at a Bennigans in another state.

My husband and I gave the SF Bennigan's 2 chances....and we had absolutey terrible service both times. Our food took an hour and 10 min the 1st time and when it FINALLY came it was cold....and when we told the server we were sending it back....she did not apologize at all and said that we should understand being it was so busy that night. We have eaten many times at Bennigan's in Dallas, TX and Fargo, ND and have never, ever had a problem. We will not be returning to the SF location.
