I've been to skellys a few times, and its a nice little bar. They have just about anything you could want, but the atmosphere is really laid back (at least from my experiences). Last time I was there, my friends and myself had a good time talking amonst the bartender and the other chaps at the bar.
If you're looking for a place to pick up women, dance, or be around younger drinkers, this probably isn't the place for you.
