I was so excited to finally find a place in Sioux Falls worthy of a big City. I lived in AZ and CA and was a regular Spa goer and finally found the equivilent here in Sioux Falls. The atmosphere, menu, and service far excceeded my expectations. It was like you took a great spa out of LA an dropped it in South Dakota! Who would have thought! Thank You
PS. Must try the Chocolate Salt Scrub, Javanese Pedicure and wet steam room.

I was so impressed with the warm and relaxing atmosphere and the friendliness of all the staff at Spa 2000 when I first visited. I've had great pedicures in their cleverly designed room where I feel like a princess on a throne! I had a fabulous stone massage and am looking forward to my next one. They have an enormous selection of treatments to choose from.--- I truly can't wait to go there again and I feel comfortable in giving them a very high recommendation.

What a lovely spa! The ambiance, decor, staff are all welcoming, warm and soothing. I had a massage and pedicure, both of which were excellent. The massage therapist was confident and skilled, my pedicure was relaxing and pleasant. Next time, I'll spend the whole day there...excellent for a gift, too. I'm so glad this place is in Sioux Falls, now I don't have to go to the Twin Cities for luxury and stress relief!

Getting a massage here was relaxing and yet fun. These gals are awesome. This new spa was clean and rich looking without the rich price. The prices were very competitive and the service was outstanding.

As a salon manager in MN, and in town visiting my sister, I decided to treat myself to a mani/pedi. After searching I chose Spa 2000. I was assuming the service providers and services rendered would be as classy as the facility and prices dictated. The pedicurist was in orange flip flops and a ponytail. They scooped product directly out of the large container in front of the customer. The other service provider next to her did not look much better. They were friendly, but definatly not worth the hi-scale price. Won't go back! Not sure why it was voted the best in the area! Our small town salon is cheaper and does a way better job!

I scheduled a spa day for myself to relax since i've worked 6 day weeks all summer. Expecting a relaxing enviroment and welcoming face i was sadly dissappointed when i walked in the door. I was the second customer in line who had to wait while the lady behind the desk (i'm assuming the owner) was on the phone talking about how she had to hire new people to offer services that one person could do, sorry but if you wanna be in business thats the breaks. She went on to talk about how the city is after her b/c they heard she was serving Champaigne and the cosmotology was after her about serves. i was so upset that i could have walked out. Keep private conversations in the office and not in front of customers. I guess i'll be looking for a new spa in the area
