On June 1st we will randomly draw the name of a user of our website to win $200 in cash.
All you have to do is:
1. Create an account or log-in.
2. Start rating and reviewing businesses.
You'll be entered into our contest once for each rating, five times for each review. You can check your 'My Home' page to see how many times you're entered into this month's contest.
If you win, we'll send you an email at the address in your profile. Your 'My Home' page shows you the email you gave us when you registered. We'll arrange with you, via email, how to get your prize.

1. How to enter. No purchase necessary. To enter the contest you must be a registered user on the SiouxReview.com website and must submit ratings and/or reviews for any business listed on the website. All ratings and reviews must be submitted before midnight on the last day of each month. Limit one entry per review, five entries per rating per month. The contest expires December 31st, 2005. By entering and participating, entrants consent to the use of their names and likenesses without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
2. How to win. The contest is a random drawing. A random drawing will be held on a normal business day on or about the fifth day of each month from all correct entries received. Drawings will be conducted by SiouxReview.com staff whose decisions are final.
3. Prizes. Prizes to be given away and the approximate retail value (ARV) of the prizes are: one (1) prize consisting of $200 cash.
4. Odds. The odds of winning depend on the number of correct entries received.
5. Redemption. Winners will be notified by email following the drawing held at or about the fifth day of each month with instructions on how to claim their prize. The first place prize winner's username will be posted on the SiouxReview.com web site following the drawing for each month. Neither SiouxReview.com, Jamco, LLC., nor any other co-sponsors of this promotion nor their advertising or marketing agencies are responsible for any late, damaged, incomplete, illegible, lost, and/or misdirected entries. All entry information becomes the property of SiouxReview.com. No cash alternative or substitution of any prize may be offered except at the option of SiouxReview.com for a prize of equal or lesser value unless otherwise stated.
6. The contest is open to all residents of the U.S. and U.S. Military Installations, except employees and their families of SiouxReview.com, Jamco, LLC., their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and other agencies directly involved with this promotion. Void where prohibited or restricted and subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
7. SiouxReview.com, Jamco, LLC and other co-sponsors of this promotion, including their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, or employees thereof are not liable whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize.
8. By entering and participating, entrants agree to the official rules and decisions of the official judges and sponsors which shall be final in all respects.
9. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.
